You should know at the time of writing the temperature on the beach in the Dominican Republic is 30 degrees. And as you read this I am probably on the beach. Some things Wikipedia told me about the Dominican Republic: the internet domain is .do, the international dialling code is +1809, Christopher Columbus allegedly landed there in 1492 on the 5th December, and the largest lake in the Caribbean is Dominican’s Enriquillo, a salt lake over 100 feet below sea level.

I am currently out of the office on holiday and won't be back until the 21st November.
I know I'm supposed to say that I'll have limited access to email and won't be able to respond until I return - but that's not true. My Nokia will be with me and I can respond if I need to. And I recognize that I'll probably need to interrupt my holiday from time to time to deal with something urgent.
